There’s nothing like a live band to get a crowd stoked and create a sense of sophistication for your wedding or special event.  The Paul Maine Jazz band creates an ambience of refinement.

Band prices vary by the number of musicians, the amount of time you want them to play, day of the week, and the time of year. For example, prices for performances are highest for Friday and Saturday because that is when musicians are in greatest demand.  A New Years Eve performance will cost more than a performance in the middle of August.

In order to book the band for an engagement, a contract must be signed and 50% of the price must be received as a down payment. The remaining 50% is due the day of the event prior to the start of the performance. The musicians will arrive 30 minutes before the performance to setup. The following prices are estimates.

The band is available in the following configurations:

Three Piece ( saxophone, keys and bass )

Four Piece ( saxophone, keys, bass and drums )

Five Piece ( saxophone, keys, guitar, bass and drums )

Six Piece ( sax, keys, guitar, vocalist, bass and drums )

The band performs most often for weddings and corporate events.

Minimum of $200 per musician for the first hour.

$50 per musician for each additional hour.

Tuxedo Option: $50 per musician

Sound System Option: $100

Setup/Sound check Option: $50 per musician – see Note 1

Note 1: The Setup and sound check option is required if the band must travel to the venue location two different times. One to setup and the next to perform.

Example One:

A three piece band is contracted to perform for a one hour wedding during the reception dinner on a Saturday. No options have been selected by the wedding party.

Price: ($200 * 3) = $600

Example Two:

A three piece band is contracted to perform for three hours during a wedding  reception  on a Saturday. Tuxedos and setup/sound check options are required.

Base Price: ($200 * 3) = $600

Two additional performance hours price: ( $50 *6 ) = $300

Tuxedo option price: ($50 * 3) = $150

Setup/ Sound check option price ($50 * 3) = $150

Total Price = $1200

Example Three

A six piece band is contracted to perform for three hours during a wedding  reception  on a Saturday. Tuxedos and setup/sound check options are required.

Base Price: ($200 * 6) = $1200

Two additional performance hours price: ( $50 *12 ) = $600

Tuxedo option price: ($50 * 6) = $300

Setup/ Sound check option price ($50 * 6) = $300

Total Price = $2400
